Today we watched "The Exorcist" by William Peter Blatty. This was Makenna's first time, but my second seeing this thriller. I describe it as a chilling film that shocks the mind, as well as scares the living dead out of you. This movie stars Linda Blair at her all-time best. The make-up is excellent as well as the acting. I have to say that "Damien"(Jason Miller) is my favorite character. His acting skills top any of the other actors and actresses. He deserved his nomination for best supporting actor when this film debuted. Although this film has been reviewed MANY times, Makenna and I feel this movie is the all-time most scary movie we have seen.

This movie scared the crap out of me. Blair's facial expressions made me cringe and cover my eyes every single second she was on screen. If you ask Nicole how many times I covered my eyes, she will say "Yes, so many times." Jason Miller's heroic sacrifice was absolutely the nicest thing "Damien" could do for this poor little girl, Reagan, who was on the edge of dying. I have to go, but this movie will give nightmares to anyone who watches it.
